What do Owen Wright, Adam Melling, Nick Meaney, Connor O'Leary, Stuart Kennedy and Berrick Barnes all have in common?  They've all spent vast periods of their careers training under the tutelage of Exercise Physiologist and Goju Ryo Karate (5th Dan Sensei) expert Pete Roberts in his garage in Lennox Head.   For a tiny garage, in a small Northern NSW town, that is a phenomenal record.  What's even more impressive, is that professional athlete or not, kids who invest time in his gym come out the other side not just better athletes but better people and that in itself speaks volumes to Pete's character and the culture he creates.  This podcast is all about highlighting people who are doing great things in the community and Pete exemplifies this and more.   So tune this week to gain a bit of old school wisdom from one the best movement coaches around.
