Episode 40 The Monster of FlorenceIn this episode, the team explores Italy's most infamous unsolved murder series by a killer dubbed 'The Monster of Florence'For a decade from the mid 1970s until the mid 1980's, the Monster of Florence stalked unsuspecting couples on secluded lover's lane areas, and was responsible for at least 14 murders in the Florence countryside. The attacks were brutal, sadistic, and sexual in nature. Despite a few tantalizing clues; including possible eyewitnesses, and a letter mailed to police which included the flesh of one of his victims, this diabolical killer was never caught.
