A subsequent search revealed Haley was dead in a mutual friend's apartment. But this friend was nowhere to be found. Episode 49 Interview with 'Sketch Cop' Michael W. Streed

For years, the composite sketch of the Zodiac Killer, created with the help of teenage witnesses who saw the killer from across the street at the scene of Paul Stine's murder, has been largely shrouded in mystery. Many people have wondered what the process was in creating the sketch, and what things in the sketch might be accurate or off to some degree. In this episode, special guest Michael W. Streed, known worldwide as 'Sketch Cop' due to his accomplished background as a police sketch artist, helps breakdown details of the sketch, and walks listeners through the process of creating composite sketches. He explains the techniques used in gathering the information from eyewitnesses and transferring it to the sketch in an effort to help solve cases.

Introducing DNA ID Episode 205 The case of Eileen Zarlenga

Single mom Eileen Zarlenga disappeared from her home on a cold night in March 1988, taking her coat, boots and purse, but leaving behind her three year old daughter. Eileen remained missing for 4 days, and when she was found, it was not good news. The question of who stabbed the young mother over and over and left her body in a remote patch of woods in Mahoning County, OH would haunt generations of investigators. When DNA was detected on sexual assault kit swabs, it did not get investigators any closer to an answer. Alex Baber has been getting a lot of attention in Zodiac circles, and in news media due to his claims that he has solved the Zodiac mystery, and that the killer was Marvin Margolis. But Baber's claims go beyond that, because he has also stated that Margolis was also the killer of Elizabeth Short; AKA, 'The Black Dahlia'.

Despite having a team of 'Experts' in his corner, people that know the Zodiac case well have pushed back on Baber's claims, and the more you look into Baber, the more troubling things you find that cast doubt on his claims, and undermine his credibility.
