Our guest today, Lata Hamilton, is an inspiring Change Leadership and Confidence coach. Typically, when we think of Change Leadership, our minds go right away to the ongoing “changes” in the business culture. Lata is well-known for her work with business leaders.
But as I chatted with Lata, I realized that changes in business can only occur when individual people in the company change as well. Change, therefore, is as much personal as it is corporate.
As a millennial, Lata embraces personal change from a much grander perspective than even I have… and I have been known for decades as a very vocal advocate of personal and life change. Just wait for some of Lata’s ideas concerning “change” in her personal life.
With that, let’s bring on our special guest coming to us from Australia, Lata Hamilton.

The topic for today’s show is yet another surprise… for you and for me.
My guest has been on the show a couple times and is one of our most popular guests. Courtney Marchesani is a marvelous conversationalist. She is a health and wellness coach who is not only brilliant and provocative, but she also offers practical wisdom that impacts all our lives.
Because of our conflicting calendars Courtney and I did even have an opportunity to chat about potential topics. So today will be an opportunity for me to probe the mind of Courtney Marchesani, which may likely include ideas around Mystical Experiences and Visions visions of angels.
Let the energy of our relationship make the call as to what our subject may be. Sounds like fun.
With that, let’s join the chat with my friend, Courtney Marchesani.

Our fascinating guest today is Linda Rossetti. Now… In her latest book, Dancing with Disruptions, Linda offers insight into the shifts that occur repeatedly when we begin to think deeply about “who we are.” Often these shifts in the way we think about ourselves come as a result of challenging disruptions.
Regarding disruptions Linda writes: “Despite popular beliefs to the contrary, I have come to understand that our times of disruption and upheaval are perfectly normal, common, as well as a signal for meaningful growth.”
On today’s show Linda and I spend a lot of time focusing on the power of self-talk and how you might “turn up the volume” of your own voice.
Linda Rossetti is a business leader with a Harvard MBA. Her latest book, Dancing with Disruption, comes after a decade of research, and interviews with nearly 300 people. And with all that research, Linda brings some unexpected conclusions regarding the impact of significant changes that occur to all of us.
Linda is the author of two books, Dancing with Disruption, and also Women & Transition. And she hosts the podcast titled Destination Unknown. Her work has been featured on NPR, NBC, and Money Magazine.

Our guest, Kamin Samuel, and I will discuss a revolutionary brain science program that is truly cutting edge and very dear to Kamin’s heart. It is called neuroplasticity. I know I know. Neuroplasticity sounds very “sciency” and at first seems not so much a common topic for The Next Chapter but truthfully it is smack dab in the middle of our wheelhouse.
We will talk about extraordinary tips for rewiring your brain to better align yourself with your skills, values, behaviors, and alternative ways to manage the way to you think and behave.
Yikes… This will be fun.
Just a bit on Kamin’s experience coaching people and redirecting the lives into positivity and hope. She is a true gem.
Dr. Kamin Samuel is an International Rapid Business Transformation coach, and wealth mindset coach who is passionate about assisting individuals in identifying and clearing their inner blocks to achieving greater success in all areas of their lives. Today we continue with Part 2 of our conversation with Caitlin Cogan Doemner.
Last week Caitlin and I become so engrossed discussing her upcoming book The Ecstatic Way, that we had to close the show without chatting about the subject I really wanted to talk about: The Dance of Masculine and Feminine Energies.
In today’s show we discuss important lessons about one aspect of our deepest existential nature: that is, inside of each of us exists a binary truth that we all possess masculine and feminine energies.
It’s not unlike the ancient Chinese philosophy of the yin and the yang, which is closely related to masculine and feminine energies. I found this definition which I think will be helpful:
Yin and yang is a concept originated in ancient Chinese philosophy that describes how obviously opposite or contrary forces may actually be complementary, interconnected, and interdependent in the natural world.
In today’s conversation Caitlin and I talk about the idea of “energies” that drive our actions, our beliefs, and the ways by which we understand our own personal world.

NOTE: Because Caitlin and I become so engrossed discussing The Ecstatic Way, we had to close the show without discussing The Dance of Masculine and Feminine Energies. Look for Pt 2 coming up next week!

Our guest, Caitlin Doemner, wrote a special introduction just for today’s episode. She writes…
Caitlin Doemner spent three decades trying to make her life perfect -- building several successful companies, publishing several books, and traveling the world for 18 months visiting 25 counties in 5 continents with her husband and three kids... But discovered that no matter what she did, Caitlin couldn't outrun her demons.
After studying ancient spiritual teachings and modern scientific principles, she developed a mental framework that allowed her to overcome chronic anxiety, depression and overwhelm, and secure inner peace and joy.
Using a blend of metaphysics and neuroscience, her methodology, which she calls "The Ecstatic Way", is an easy and practical way to navigate and optimize one's emotional landscape to achieve greater personal freedom, creative flow, and productivity.

Today we are privileged to have once again on our show a very recent guest, Dr Randall Bell. In our previous podcast, we talked about his latest book, Post-Traumatic Thriving—which has turned out to be one of our most popular episodes on the Next Chapter with Charlie.
In this episode we go another direction as we discuss an earlier book titled, Me, We, Do. Be: The Four Cornerstones of Success.
Although in The Cornerstones of Success explores four key traits that successful people share, Dr Bell suggests a unique approach “to success.” He comes at success through the lens of what it means to be a “person of value,” not a person of accumulations.
Dr Randall Bell is a socio-economist. He is internationally recognized his work as a Trauma Specialist, but also recognized as a man that simply understands what it means to live a life worth living. And that is what we talk about today.
