The No Jokin' Experience

Our continued tool talk from last week is blended with a talk about our dads, the work they do, and the work they've helped us do. Happy Father's Day to all! [email protected]

Some current events and then--

☀️Summer is upon us and in Michigan we feel like it's about time! The weather is warmer and life is a little slower so volleyball🏐, camping trips, and remodeling projects are on the agenda.😎

Then we touch on some church history; the events that brought God's church to where it is today. God's church is destined for victory! "It's been through the storm, but the wind couldn't turn it. It's been through the fire but the fire couldn't burn it. It's the Church triumphant and it's built by the hand of the Lord!"

At the one hour mark, a microphone cuts out, so please bear with us on any variation in sound quality. Despite setbacks, we march on. [email protected]

☀️Two guests from the Sunshine State join us and we discuss Florida landscaping🏝️ vs. Michigan landscaping🌲🌳🌲, pros and cons of AI🤖, career choices↖️↗️, Home Missions⛪︎ and once again, whether or not we really went to the moon🌔. With insights on lifestyle, the great outdoors, and technology, this episode offers a fresh perspective on a range of topics and we invite you to not just listen in, but comment as well.

Well it's that busy time of the year again. School is coming to a close. We have field day, awards ceremony and the 2026 class graduation just ahead of us. And right in with all this Pentecost Sunday is the next Sunday. So in all the celebration and activities we are going to be pushing for a mighty move of God just like the day of Pentecost.

We hope you've been enjoying these special episodes walking through the Search For Truth Bible Study. Please continue to listen in and also share this series with a friend, we would really appreciate it!

In this episode, we dive right back into the Search for Truth Bible Study and learn about the prophecy of the outpouring of the Holy Ghost. Acts chapter 2 gives the account of what was prophesied hundreds of years earlier in the book of Joel. This is the fulfillment of that which God spoke of, saying that in the last days He would pour out His Spirit upon all flesh.

If you've been following along with us during these bible studies, leave us a comment telling us what you think. We would love to hear from you.

What a busy weekend! Friday and Saturday, there was a BBQ bake sale fundraiser for the Ignite youth group. Sunday morning and Sunday night at church, God poured out the Holy Ghost. Right in the middle of it all, Cole Brumley graduated from the University of Michigan! We took a small break from the Search for Truth Bible study to talk about the goodness of God and all that He has done for us, but we will pick right back up with SFT Lesson 8 next week, so make sure to stay tuned. Please leave us a review and share our podcast with a friend!

And we’re back out in the No Jokin Studio—in the barn.

The weather here in Michigan is finally warming up a little, so we’re taking advantage of it.

We also have a little breaking news—at least at the time of recording. Another assassination attempt on President Trump’s life reportedly took place in Washington, D.C., at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner.

Then we dive back into Lesson 7 of our Bible study.

Please leave us a review and a comment on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or whatever platform you listen on.
