-Arno Ilgner is an O2X Resilience Specialist with expertise in stress management, resiliency, and all things mental training for tactical athletes & first responders.
-He distinguished himself as a pioneering rock climber in the 1970s and ‘80s, when the top climbs were bold and dangerous first ascents. These personal exploits are the foundation for his unique physical and mental training program--The Warrior’s Way ®
-In 1995, Arno formalized his methods, founded the Desiderata Institute, and began teaching his program full time.
-Since then, he has helped thousands of students sharpen their awareness, focus attention, and understand their athletic (and life) challenges within a coherent, learning-based philosophy of intelligent risk-taking.
-He has taught clinics across the U.S.A. and abroad, holds a BA in geology, spent several years operating his own geological consulting firm in the Wyoming oil fields, acted as Chief Financial Officer for an industrial tool distribution company, attended the Army Ranger School, and served a non-combat tour of duty in Korea

-Ashley Ripke has spent the past 7 years training and supporting thousands of soldiers, both in the Big Army and Special Forces, on psychological skills that enhance resilience and performance.
-Her career began with the Ready and Resilient (R2) Program and is currently the Cognitive Performance Specialist with 3rd Special Forces Group.
-The role psychological and physiological factors play in high risk occupations generates a need for quality Mental Performance Training. Recognized for her excellent service and support to various Army units, Ashley mentors others who will support in a similar capacity.
-After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Indiana Tech, she received her Master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver.
-Outside of working with the military, Ashley coaches young athletes in the Southern Pines area on mental skills and techniques to achieve higher levels of performance more consistently.

-Aaron Lohman is a 14 year veteran of NYPD. He is currently assigned to the Health and Wellness Section, dedicated to helping LEO's with their physical, mental, financial, and spiritual health

-Dave Nelson is an O2X Resilience Specialist. survivor of a near-death experience, and former Silicon Valley sales director
-From 2006-2016, he worked with companies like EMC, Dell, Nimble Storage, and Rubrik to help them build successful sales teams and expand into new markets for their products.
-He studied Sociology and Anthropology at Lafayette College, where he served as the Co-Captain of their 2005 championship football team. He's the recipient of the ECAC Award of Valor as well as recipient of the inaugural Lafayette College David Nelson '06 Award of Valor, established at the school after his return to the gridiron after being dead for 7-minutes just two-months prior to the 2005 Championship season.
-He has received Executive Business education from Harvard Business School and helps individuals and organizations create customized training programs that improves results

-Emily Cook is a 3x Olympian, 3x World Cup Champion, and 6x National Champion for the U.S. Ariel Ski Team
-After retiring from Olympic competition, she joined the audio brand Skullcandy to design the 'Skullcandy Human Potential Lab'. It was here where she spent time with some of the world's top athletes investigating the science between music and human performance.
-She recently ended her tenure as Interim Head Coach of the U.S. Aerial Ski Team, where she was traveling the world and coaching the next generation of champions to reach their own Olympic goals
-The highlight of her coaching journey was accompanying team USA to the Olympic Games in PyeongChang, Korea this past season.
-She now works with the underprivileged youth through the nonprofit 'Classroom Champions' to improve engagement, build growth mindsets, and inspire positive classroom culture

-Gianna Roma is an O2X Nutrition Specialist who facilitates the EAT portion of our curriculum at the Massachusetts National Guard.
-She’s been a Registered Dietitian for over four years and completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Connecticut, where she played Division I soccer for the Huskies.
-She went on to complete her Masters degree and Dietetic internship in New York City and then began her career as a clinical Dietitian in Boston Massachusetts.
-In addition to working clinically, she has completed tasks with the New England Patriots, meal plans and personal training for a local gym, nutrition plans with athletes at a physical therapy site, and guest appearances for NBC/FOX segments.
-Devon Smith is an O2X Strength & Conditioning Specialist who facilitates the SWEAT portion of our curriculum at the Massachusetts National Guard.
-Prior to O2X, he was a Strength & Conditioning Coach at the United States Military Academy at West Point where he worked with Cadets to develop athletic performance and transition to the ACFT.
-Prior to his position at West Point, Devon coached at several privately-owned gyms and academies in the New England area. His approach to human performance is well rounded and focuses on developing mental and physical resiliency through purposeful programming.
-Having experience as an Orthopedic Trauma Consultant, Devon also is well versed on musculoskeletal injury from a surgical perspective. Following his collegiate lacrosse career, Devon played for a USA Select team internationally and competed in powerlifting and strongman.

-Zach Weatherford recently completed a three-year term as the Director of Human Performance with NBA team the Brooklyn Nets
-Prior to this, he spent 6 years as a civilian Human Performance Manager at the U.S. Naval Special Warfare Command and held multiple roles with the U.S. Olympic Committee to include Sports Physiologist and Strength & Conditioning Coordinator
-It was here where he led a multidisciplinary team of science-based human performance professionals that implemented platforms across 17 U.S. Olympic Teams.
-He also served as the Strength and Conditioning Specialist for the U.S. Ski and Snowboard team and was on staff for three Olympic Games

-Dave Terry is the former Director of Sports Performance at Georgetown University. During his tenure, he trained all 29 sports teams, was a two-time finalist for Strength Coach of the year, and mentored dozens of coaches that went on to pursue careers in collegiate, professional and tactical strength and conditioning worlds
-He created Georgetown’s nationally renowned and accredited Sport Performance intern-mentorship program; which mentores college students as they developed into high-performance strength coaches.
-Dave’s also the founder VET MAG - a program providing active-duty military and veteran status students access to strength and conditioning programming, movement education, and training facilities
-He holds multiple certifications from NSCA and USA Weightlifting as well as his Master’s in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University, his bachelors in Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University, and recently completed a program in leadership at Cornell University
-Currently he works with the Tactical Population as an O2X On-Site Specialist where facilitates our program and tends to the unique demands of tactical athletes

-Brian Kitching is an active duty Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army who’s currently serving in a fellowship at the White House.
-He has served in key roles within Special Operations and Infantry units, including assignments to the 75th Ranger Regiment, 101st and 82nd Airborne Divisions, and 3rd Infantry Division.
-LTC Kitching has deployed on 10 separate occasions and spent over 50 months deployed to Afghanistan since 2002, earning a Silver Star and two Bronze Stars for Valor during that time.
-Most recently served as a special assistant to the 40th Chief of Staff of the Army and as a General Wayne Downing Scholar at the Combating Terrorism Center at West Point.
-He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Alabama A&M University, a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and Masters of Arts in International Affairs from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
-He’s a husband, father, strong proponent for ending the stigma surrounding PTSD, and patriot.

-Jess Harmon is a Doctor of Psychology, U.S. Army Major, and O2X Mental Performance/Resilience Specialist.
-She works as an operational Psychologist in the United States Army and specializes in personnel selection, advanced behavioral consultation, resilience, and mental performance training for Special Operation forces.
-Jess has provided individual and organizational consultation for military personnel in both training and deployed environments.
-Her trainings focus on a resilience based model of performance enhancement in high stress, fast-paced environments to prevent and mitigate the impacts of work and family related stressors in these settings.
-Dr. Harmon has multiple combat deployments and has spent over 24 months in combat environments providing psychological support, including traumatic event management to individuals and teams in both Afghanistan and Iraq.
-She also works with service members and their families to provide preventative stress management training as well as teaching individuals how to develop and maintain resiliency and growth in the aftermath of trauma and loss
