-Zack McAdams is a former Army Infantry Officer and Director of Operations at O2X

-Prior to joining O2X, he served 13 years in the U.S. Army where he ended his career at the rank of Major. He served in a variety of leadership positions in Light Infantry Divisions across the Army including the 101st Airborne Division, 25th Infantry Division, and 10th Mountain Division. These roles encompassed teaching, advising, logistics, operations and command roles, and included multiple combat deployments to Afghanistan

-He closed out his Army career serving as an Operations Officer and Executive Officer at the Battalion level, where he led the planning, resourcing, and synchronization of operations for an 800 soldier Infantry unit before he was medically retired in July of 2022 due a combination of career and combat injuries.

-Bringing more than a decade of service as a tactical athlete, a passion for building career longevity, and extensive operations experience to his role - he leads the O2X Operations Team. Here he is responsible for all aspects of the delivery of O2X’s in-person and virtual training and education programs. To facilitate hundreds of global events each year, he oversees specialist training and staffing; event planning and client coordination; forecasting of personnel and equipment needs; logistics and inventory management; staff training and feedback; and budget management.

-He received his bachelor’s degree from Bridgewater State University and his master’s degree from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.

-Kaci Clark is an O2X Lead Instructor and former Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot for the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR)

-She is a 2011 graduate from United States Military Academy at West Point where she received a Bachelors in Psychology. She went on to successfully complete U.S. Army Flight School where she learned to fly Blackhawk Helicopters

-After a 2014 deployment to Afghanistan as a Flight Platoon Leader, she assessed and was accepted into 160th SOAR as one of their first female helicopter pilots. She deployed to multiple countries and flew over a thousand hours with 3rd Battalion

-Kaci ended her active military as a company commander at Fort Knox, KY where she was a member of the U.S. Army Warrior Fitness Team. She holds titles of Master Fitness Trainer, U.S.A. Weightlifting, CrossFit Gymnastics, and CrossFit Level 2

-John Vargo joined O2X as an Account Executive coming off a 20-year career as an Engineer Paramedic with Chandler (AZ) Fire Department

-His contributions to the department while an active-duty member included serving as an IAFF Union Representative, an Apparatus Committee Member and cofounding the Chandler Fire Fighter Athletic Association, a nonprofit organization raising funds to support fire department personnel traveling across the world to compete in the World Police and Fire Games.

-After retiring from the fire department, he formed Turn In, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that introduces first responders to meditation and performance through mindfulness. He has been a keynote speaker addressing first responder mental wellness for various state and city agencies across the country and became an mPEAK certified instructor through the University of California San Diego Center for Mindfulness

-He currently leverages his tactical experience, business and leadership background, and subject matter expertise to implement comprehensive performance programs into agencies in the Western United States. His daily focus is on forging new relationships, as well as client retention and management, ensuring each O2X partner receives the highest impact program in support of their mission.

 -Alex Othmer is a former Navy SEAL, O2X Lead Instructor, and Co-founder + Executive Director of Guardian Revival

-He’s a 2013 graduate of United States Merchant Marine Academy, earning his Bachelor’s degree in Nautical Science and U.S. Coast Guard Third Mate Unlimited Tonnage License

-Upon graduation, he was commissioned as an Officer in the U.S. Navy where he served as a SEAL Operator until 2020 when he was honorably discharged

-Katy Tran Turner is an O2X Mental Performance Specialist with expertise in developing mental skills to optimize performance in fast-paced and dynamic environments. She specializes in developing strategies to enhance decision-making, confidence, self-regulation, and present-moment focus in high-stress performance moments.

-She served for five seasons as the mental performance coach for the Buffalo Sabres and two seasons for the Buffalo Bills as part of a multidisciplinary, high performance team providing holistic training and support. Prior to working with professional athletes, she worked with soldiers at Fort Bragg, NC to provide mental performance training for tactical athletes.

-She is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology, earned her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology (specialization in Sport and Performance Psychology) from Florida State University, her master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Kent State University, and her undergraduate degrees in Biology and Exercise & Sport Science from UNC Chapel Hill - where she played field hockey, earning All-America honors.

-In 2018, he joined the Navy SEAL Foundation as a full-time staff member.  He currently serves as the Communications Director and, in his free time,  publishes mind fitness content based on his experience with mental and physical chronic illness via the brand RARE SENSE

-Pete Kadushin is an O2X Mental Performance Specialist that currently serves as the Mental Performance Coach for the Chicago Blackhawks.

-He received his B.S. in Psychology at Penn State and his M.A. in counseling and Ph.D. in Sport and Exercise Psychology from West Virginia University.

-Prior to his time at the Blackhawks, he was a lecturer in the Department of Counseling and Human Development at Boston University.

-He’s worked with performers, teams, and organizations across the country with the goal of helping them develop the mental skills that will allow them to more consistently achieve their best.

-On October 12th, in effort to raise awareness for police suicide and first responder mental health, Doug Kingsley walked across the entire state of Massachusetts over 12 day period. In doing this, he raised 27k for First H.E.L.P. - a non profit that aims to reduce mental health stigma for first responders

-Doug is a Police Officer with the Sherborn (MA) Police Department. He currently serves as a Patrol Officer and has recently been certified as a firearms instructor.

-He’s a 2016 graduate of the Providence College ROTC program where commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant with the Rhode Island Army National Guard. He spent his first 4 years as a Platoon Leader in the 169th Military Police Company. He’s currently assigned as an S3 with the 118th Military Police Battalion as a 1st Lieutenant.
