    -Conner Freeland and Ryan Glaize are embedded as O2X Strength & Conditioning Specialists within Washington D.C. Fire & EMS

    -Conner Freeland joined the O2X team following a five-year stint as the Strength & Conditioning Coordinator and Assistant Football Coach for the University of Charleston.

    -He holds a degree in Kinesiology from Longwood University and most recently obtained a Masters in Strategic Leadership from University of Charleston where he was involved in developing new health and wellness procedures for the institution.

    -Ryan Glaize joined the O2X team after a stint with University of South Carolina’s football program, where he worked as a strength and conditioning coach.

    -Prior to USC, he was at Liberty University for two years as a graduate assistant, working in strength & conditioning and sports nutrition while he earned his master’s in human performance and physiology.

  • 56.) Lt. Col. Dave Grossman | Author + U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel (ret.)

    -Lt. Col. Dave Grossman is an internationally recognized scholar, author, soldier, and speaker who is one of the world’s foremost experts in the field of human aggression and the roots of violence and violent crime. 

    -He is a former West Point Psychology Professor, Professor of Military Science, and an Army Ranger who has combined his experiences to become the founder of a new field of scientific endeavor, which has been termed “killology.” In this new field he has made revolutionary new contributions to our understanding of killing in war, the psychological costs of war, the root causes of the current "virus" of violent crime that is raging around the world, and the process of healing the victims of violence, in war and peace.  

    -He has written 23 books, including “On Killing," which is an analysis of the psychological processes involved with killing another human being, and "On Combat," an extension of his first book intended to provide coping strategies for dealing with the physiological and psychological effects of violence for people forced to kill in their line of work.

    -Since his retirement from the US Army, he has acted as one of our nation’s leading trainers for military, law enforcement, mental health providers, and school safety organizations. He has presented to over 100 different colleges and universities world wide, and has trained educators and law enforcement professionals, at the federal, state and regional level, in all 50 states and over a dozen foreign nations.

  • 55.) Francisco Morales | CEO of 5.11 Tactical

    -Francisco Morales was born in Caracas, Venezuela. At the age of 19, he traveled to the United States to learn English in a full immersion program and enrolled in the Philadelphia School of Textiles and Science, now Jefferson University, where he graduated Cum Laude. 

    -He secured his first job with L.L. Bean, who was going through a major cost reduction  at the time. He immediately demonstrated his value by providing his technical expertise in product costing and ended up saving the company $80M in the first two years. He was promoted twice and created a textile department within L.L. Bean that was responsible for sourcing, development, and quality management of all raw materials for the company.

    -He then joined the private label division of Dicks Sporting Goods where he was exposed to building brands from the ground-up, designing, and sourcing products across categories. After an introduction to Dan Costa, who had purchase the outdoor apparel company Royal Robbins, he jointed as minority partner on the brand. The duo doubled sales of the company and spun off 5.11 Inc. in 2003. 

    -Early on, he was President of 5.11 and spent most of his time on the product engine of the company from design to supply chain. Many of the company’s original patents were awarded to him directly because he personally created the products. He became CEO in 2018 and 5.11 has had record revenue and profits every year thereafter.

  • 54.) Jake Kauffman | Air Force Pararescueman (ret.) + 24th Special Tactics Squadron

    -Jake Kauffman is a O2X Business Development Manager. In this role, he leverages his tactical background and subject matter expertise to implement comprehensive performance programs into agencies within his area of responsibility. His daily focus is on forging new relationships, as well as client retention and management, ensuring each O2X client gets the highest impact program in support of their mission. 

    -He recently retired from the United States Air Force as a Pararescueman. Jake completed basic training in 2006 and went through the Pararescue Pipeline where he graduated from Kirtland AFB in 2008.  He served at the 23rd Special Tactics Squadron before being selected for the Air Forces Tier 1 unit, the 24th Special Tactics Squadron at Fort Bragg, NC, where he served for over 10 years.  

    -Throughout his career, he completed 10+ combat deployments in support of numerous worldwide operations, to include Operation Enduring Freedom. His awards include the Silver Star, 3 Bronze Stars, 2 with Valor, 2 Purple Hearts, and 5 Joint Service Commendation Medals along with numerous unit and campaign awards.

  • 53.) Ashlee McKeon | Chief of Research - U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC)

    -Ashlee McKeon is an O2X Sleep Specialist with over 14 years of experience assessing and probing sleep disruption in both military and veteran groups.

    -She is an active duty U.S. Army officer who currently serves as the Chief of Research for the U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) at Ft. Bragg, NC. Her team’s mission is to support the development and validation of research/program evaluation initiatives across the Special Operations community. This includes the development and evaluation of Assessment & Selection programs for elite military units as well as Command and Unit level programs/initiatives aimed at enhancing force readiness through targeted assessment of knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to succeed in highly demanding and specialized military careers. 

    -Previously, she was assigned to the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) Center for Military Psychiatry and Neurosciences where she served as Chief of the Operational Research Team for 3 years. Her team developed, tested, and validated field-ready capabilities to determine the impact of disrupted sleep and circadian misalignment on the physical, cognitive, and emotional readiness of conventional and elite military units during training operations and in far-forward deployed environments.

    -Much of her work was also dedicated to educating military units, small team leaders, and senior leaders on how to maximize shortened or shifted sleep opportunities in the operational environment to support mission success and reduce risk associated with sleep loss.

    -She also has a special interest in examining the role of sleep and circadian rhythmicity as risk factors for posttraumatic stress and head injury in combat-exposed service members.

  • 52.) Mat Fraser | 5x CrossFit Games Champion

    -Mat Fraser recently retired as the most decorated athlete in the history of CrossFit

    -Prior to finding CrossFit, he was the 2009 Junior National Weightlifting Champion and a Resident Athlete at the Olympic Training Center.

    -He went on to become the only CrossFit Athlete to win five consecutive CrossFit Games as the Fittest Man on Earth from 2016 - 2020, as well as finish on the podium seven consecutive times 2014-2020.

  • 51.) O2X Growth Timeline | Chief Operating Officer Brice Long

    -Brice Long is the Chief Operating Officer at O2X Human Performance

    -Since joining the O2X team, he has held multiple leadership roles through the companies growth. He led the development of the on-site specialist program, O2X mobile application, key strategic partnerships, and has worked with O2X’s biggest clients to design and implement complex human performance programs at locations nationwide. He has previously served as Business Manager; Director of Human Performance Experience; and most recently as Director of Client Services. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, he has also presented the O2X curriculum at workshops and national conferences; as well as led dozens of human performance training events. 

    -Prior to O2X, Brice worked as a senior aide to former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, managing his DC office, communications, and the campaign for the release of the New York Times Bestseller Known and Unknown. He has also served as a Senior Advisor at a non-profit, Concordia, working with the CEO to optimize company operations and lead teams through the execution of multi-day events in Bogota, Colombia, and New York City, responsible for high-profile speakers including President Joe Biden, General David Petraeus, and Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos.

    -He was also a career firefighter with experience leading recruit academies, officer development, and field training, as well as department fitness programs. His work there has been recognized by national fire service organizations and published in the NSCA’s peer-reviewed Tactical Strength and Conditioning Journal

  • 50.) Brendan Stickles | EA-18G "Growler" Squadron Commanding Officer (ret.) + Former White House Special Advisor for Defense

    -Brendan Stickles retired this past November after 22 years of military service. Over his career as a naval aviator, he flew three different tactical jets for over 3,500 flight hours, landed safely aboard an aircraft carrier 550 times, and flew over 50 combat missions.

    -He was most recently the Special Advisor for Defense at the White House under both Vice President Harris and Vice President Pence. Prior to that, he was the commanding officer of an EA-18G “Growler” squadron that won two consecutive “Battle E” awards for combat efficiency.

    -He was commissioned through the Naval Academy, holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina, and a masters from Harvard. He spent a year at the Brookings Institution where he published on the economics of national security, military retention, veteran’s issues, and military family policy.

  • 49.) Mike Erwin | Founder of Team Red, White & Blue (Team RWB)

    -Mike Erwin is the Executive Director and Founder of Team Red, White & Blue (Team RWB), a non-profit who is forging America’s leading health and wellness community for veterans. He currently leads the organization’s 232,000 members.

    -He is also the founder & CEO of The Character & Leadership Center and has worked with companies including Amazon, BD, PWC, and NetApp; Special Forces units; and professional sports teams including the Boston Celtics and the NJ Devils.  He is the co-author of LEAD YOURSELF FIRST (2017), whichfocuses on how solitude strengthens people’s character---and their ability to lead with clarity, balance and conviction. He also co-authored LEADERSHIP IS A RELATIONSHIP (2021) which details why leaders who prioritize relationships are more effective.

    -A 2002 graduate of West Point, he was commissioned as an Intelligence Officer, serving in three combat tours with the First Cavalry Division and 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne). His service includes a deployment to Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2004-2005---that involved the Battles of Fallujah and Najaf. He also deployed to Kandahar, Afghanistan, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2006-2007 and 2009. He earned two Bronze Star Medals from these tours.

    -Following his third deployment, He attended the University of Michigan from 2009-2011, where he earned a Master’s degree in positive psychology and leadership. It was here where founded Team RWB.

    -Bear Handlon is the CEO and founder of Born Primitive, an apparel company made for athletes of all sizes and skill levels designed to perform in those critical moments of mental and physical distress.     - Prior to starting Born Primitive, he played middle linebacker at Yale University and worked on Red Bull’s marketing team for 4 years

    -As a way to prepare for the military, he ended up competing at the CrossFit Games in 2013 just 9 months after taking up the sport

    - In 2014, at the same time he started Born Primitive, he attended Officer Candidate School with the Navy and became a commissioned officer. He served for just under 8 years and got out last month
