1. Because we live in a world that does not honor the feminine, women tend to have lower self-esteem. While this may seem like a mental issue, it is actually an energetic one as well.

2. In my 30 years of Intuitive Energy Coaching, I have seen that women need to strengthen their third chakra, known as the Solar Plexus. Regardless of race, nationality or any other factor, all women benefit from strengthening this chakra. This is the chakra of self-esteem, self-worth and personal power.

3. When a woman has a strong Solar Plexus, then her deepest heart's desire, located in the heart chakra, is supported enough to manifest.
