The "Future Self Exercise" is a technique used in the personal development world and involves imagining and visualizing what you want your future self to be like and then creating a plan to work towards that vision.
To do the exercise, start by thinking about what kind of person you want to be in the future. This could include things like your career, relationships, health, personal growth, and more. Visualize yourself as that person with all the characteristics and qualities you aspire to have.
Next, consider what steps you need to take to become that person. This might involve setting specific goals, identifying habits or behaviors you need to change, and thinking about the resources or support you'll need along the way.
Once you have a clear vision of your future self and a plan for achieving your goals, you can start taking action toward making that vision a reality. Regularly checking in on your progress and re-evaluating your goals can help ensure that you stay on track toward becoming the person you want to be in the future.
