One of the things I've hated about myself is how complaisant I've been my whole life, especially in my marriage. This has me reflecting on all my relationships now.  I have always wanted nothing more than to be loved and appreciated. 

I have a hard time setting boundaries and saying no. I’m learning how to say no out of love and compassion for myself. I can still be nice and say no. Anyone who truly cares for me will not be upset, respect my decision and understand it came from a place of love. 

I’m worthy of so much more and the fact that I can say that now proves it.
