Tonight, on The Panel, Wallace Chapman is joined by panellists Lizzie Marvelly and Nick Leggett. First up, Te Pati Maori MP Takuta Ferris is under fire for a social media post taking issue with "Indians, Asians, Black and Pakeha campaigning to take a Maori seat from Maori". What do our panel think of that? Then, it's the last gasp for the City to Sea Bridge in Wellington. the Panel hears from a dedicated opponent to its impending demolition. And finally, they hear from a traffic management manger about how traffic worker abuse is on the rise after the "war on cones".

An extra half hour of The Panel with Wallace Chapman, where to begin, he's joined by Nights host Mark Leishman. Then: Matthew Manderson is a Neuro and clinical psychologist who heads up Taranaki's concussion clinic. From what he's seen, he believes that the proposed new offences and punishment for the "coward's punch" won't reduce the number of deaths and injuries.

Then, a new chaper in water reforms begins today as councils deliver their water delivery plans. Now it appears more than 40 water providers will emerge with many councils choosing to keep water in house. The Panel talks to Gary Kircher, Mayor for Waitaki. Finally, Denmark has 25 ministerial portfolios, NZ has 81. The NZ Initiative think tank thinks we need to follow Denmark.
