From tomorrow it's manbdatory for all tobacco products to be in plain packaging, meaning no company branding. Australian researcher Sinclair Davidson of RMIT University says plain packaging is a flop as far as bringing the smoking rate down. Soon the front lawn of the Beehive will be ringing with the laughter of children.
