In this episode, I talk about what could go wrong in 2023. 

I talk about the way I think about business and life. I am more concerned with how you make sustained and incremental progress in your life and in your business. 

I don't want the "win the lottery" type of life. I want to hold ground, plus..... whatever you have done in business and life...

....then add things to the success you've had. The goal in 2023 is to add to what you did in 2022 and hold ground so that you make progress.

In order to do this you need to take care of yourself. 

You need to go on vacation.... block out time for the kids... take time away from the business....

That is how you deal with what could go wrong in 2023. Invest in yourself and have a fantastic life. You will be amazed what shows up in your creativity and your business when you do...

But I am really good at a couple of things... and that makes all the difference.

We are all conditioned to think we have to be a genius in something.

There's so so much more in business than a bottom line.

Yea, of course, your immediate thought is... profit margins, KPIs, and revenue...

But when you build a business, you are bringing PEOPLE into your world.

Real people with lives which are full of hardships, sickness, marriage, etc.

These big and little moments.

And they've CHOSEN you to be a part of their lives, even if it's in a small way...

Business is so much more than revenue.

It's about changing the lives (for the better) of the people around you.

If you focus on leaving people better than you found them, in a genuine, selfless, and empathic way. Make them feel not just heard... but listened to.

What's your dream???

Actually think about it... visualize it.

Now that you've thought about your averaged sized dream Go BIGGER.  

... because you've always stopped at what you THINK is realistic.

I'm giving you permission to let yourself dream bigger...

Everything I have done up to this point was because I always dreamed big.

The dream is allowed to change. It's your dream.

It was the belief in myself that helped me think big and accomplish what I needed to build this universe of businesses - Planet Paul.

If you surround yourself with the right people, listen to what you are being told, and make good decisions, then anything that you want to achieve is possible...

At the end of the day, remind yourself why you are building this business to begin with.

For me, it's because...  

... I want to live the life I WANT TO LIVE.

For me, the life I wanted to live looked like building a team that could take care of the business that I worked hard to build, (and them TRUSTING them to do it) and ultimately STEPPING AWAY from the day-to-day of the business, so I have more time to be with my family and be present with my sons as grow up.
