She runs an online meditation membership community called Daily Roots supporting students in their meditation practice to stop worry, fear, self-doubt, & overwhelm hold them back, and start living more fully.
Rebecca is a dear friend and huge support in the creation of this podcast and my business, but she has also become my meditation teacher over the past year and my practice has totally transformed as a result.
