I talk about how the industry often normalises struggle, burnout, and financial stress, and how caring can quietly turn into self-sacrifice through overgiving, blurred boundaries, and guilt around making good money.

We’ll look at how exhaustion gets worn like a badge of honour, why that becomes dangerous for the long-term health of your business, and how fear of visibility and judgment can keep you stuck in “comfortable struggling.”

I also share the shift I want to see more of: giving yourself permission to want profit, ease, support, and spaciousness while still being deeply heart-led.
