Ryan thinks Bryon Murphy from Texas is the best defensive lineman available and the Steelers should take him if he's there at 20. "If he's there at 20, the Steelers should knock over anyone in their way to take him." Wilson has the Steelers taking OL Taliese Fuaga (Oregon State).
Hour 3 with Joe Starkey: Pirates manager Derek Shelton joined the show. David Bednar WILL remain the closer for the Pirates. Shelton understands why fans booed regarding Shelton's decision and Bednar's performance, but yinzers love David Bednar. Shelton said there were "no thoughts" on keeping Martin Perez in the game for the 9th. Being this early in the season compared to June or July is a major reason why. The Pirates had an idea during spring training Joey Bart would become available and has been an important factor as a backup catcher. Come one, come all... to Matt Koll joining for a Wheel of Ball!
