The Great 4th of July Draft:

Charlie - George Washington, Fireworks, Hot Dogs, Cooler full of beer, grill itself, pool, American Flag plates

Austin - Ben Franklin, American Flag, Hamburgers, The 4th of July BBQ, ‘Freebird’, Joey Chesnut, Patriotic Music

Who won?

Bob Walk joins the show!

A Bechtold Breakdown! World Cup, NHL Super Teams, and Andrew McCutchen's career is not over yet!

Jason Mackey joins the show! When will the Pirates cut ties with Marcel Ozuna? Mackey says that he is not being moved because who would want him? Jason says that Paul Skenes is trying to do too much. There seem to be too many pitches Skenes is trying to mix in, and he is trying to do too much off the field. He also does not think Skenes is hurt as it would be stupid to pitch him while he was injured. Skenes also has a different delivery since his first career start. Jason says that he is still not worried about Skenes. Jason says he thinks Skenes will be named to the All-Star Team based on name recognition but won't attend. Limits brings up a trade idea that Jason says is "on drugs".

Are the Penguins still looking at Jason Robertson? Penguins fans are still obsessed with Ben Kindel and would not part with him for Robertson. What have the Penguins done so far this offseason? Has it moved the needle at all? Anthony Mantha has not signed anywhere yet. Ryan Shea got a bag from the Edmonton Oilers. Was it too much for a player who just played his first full season in the NHL?

Ray Fittipaldo joins the show! Where are the Steelers currently regarding a Joey Porter Jr. extension? Why did the Steelers get extensions done for Nick Herbig and Darnell Washington prior to JPJ's? Ray says that it would be smart for the Steelers to get the JPJ contract done before the Cristian Gonzalez contract with the Patriots. You do not want to place the Franchise Tag on him next season if you miss setting the market. Limits and Ray went through the entire conversation without talking about the quarterbacks—a true Christmas Miracle. A discussion about Limits' facial hair, what he should do, and what Joe Starkey would look like with a full beard.

What is wrong with Paul Skenes? Could there be off-the-field issues affecting him? Limits does not want to speculate unlike other people who have done so in the last few days after his career-worst outing in Philadelphia. Limits thinks that he is hurt. Callers chime in on what they think is wrong with Skenes. Buzz in Freeport does not know what PitchCom is.

Is it too hot for golf? I educate Limits on the amount of things that you pay for to put a wedding together. When he gets married in 40 years, he will understand. Are Pirates fans falling in love with Esmerlyn Valdez? With the absences of Oneil Cruz and Spencer Horwitz, Valdez has emerged as a significant power threat. Will Valdez fall flat after a little while? Other Pirates prospects have emerged and then quickly faded. Only time will tell if Valdez can continue his hot play. Limits goes over some of the best starts for rookies in Pirates history. Valdez has had a better start than many notable names in the history of the organization. Greg in Youngstown says the Pirates should sweep the Nationals and says Valdez has the most power in the organization since Dave Parker. Aramis Ramirez would like a word. Bobby in Beaver County tells a long story about the Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest. We have no idea why.
