#100 Can you believe it's episode 100? 

Today though I am not celebrating my 100th show with bells and whistles... Instead I am getting open and honest as this year has taken it's toll a bit. 

So I wanted to share my lessons I've learned from being open, honest and vulnerable, and it can feel scary. But it also feels good.

I also wanted to share with you some simple things I do when I feel I'm stuck in the yuck of it all, to help get through it and come out the other side. Enjoy.
