Sometimes we find ourselves lost and swept up in highly negatively charged emotional states, anxiety and stress, or even anger or nameless pain can feel overwhelming and leave us frantic and worn out. Relax, it's just fine, it happens. Recognising you have lost your peace is enourmously powerful in itself, how marvelous it is that you have seen this!
