Having been through the depth of despair, confusion, pain and rage of doing this work I understand how agonising it can be and how lonely it feels. I designed this meditation to powerfully alleviate some of the pain, in order to allow a smoother, more relaxed process while your body and mind churns through the grime of the past. Come to see this process like a very uncomfortable and at times sickening digestion process. But know that at the end, you will know a peace, tranquillity and happiness that you have longed for your entire life, sometimes without even knowing it: Peace is coming.
