In this "Monday mindset'' episode, I am sharing my experience with scriptwriting as a part of the extended work of affirmations. It’s not as simple as standing and speaking affirmations. It is about changing your thoughts from the level of your subconscious mind. These are the steps I use to write a script for my brain to focus on where it is going.

In today’s episode we discuss:

1) Start with your gratitude for where you are today and what are your key values and what you want to change.

2) Pick a timeline to focus on and write your intentions for how you want it to unfold, and speak it into existence as though it is your reality.

3) Writing, re-writing, speaking it out loud, or recording the script on your phone to listen to regularly.
