Over the years, many game-changing technologies have emerged that have improved both the process and perception of the comms function. At present, though, we are all adjusting to an innovation that will likely have the biggest impact of them all: Artificial intelligence (AI). This conversation with Chad Latz, BCW’s chief innovation officer, will be a true 360-degree study on the topic that is atop every communicator’s mind today. From cognitive AI to actionable insights. From how comms can uniquely benefit from AI to the exciting opportunities around the corner. And, of course, thoughts on mis- and disinformation. We discuss all this and more with Latz, an inductee into PRWeek’s Dashboard 25 Class of 2024.
