Ashley has spent his career exploring large organizations from the inside, most recently as an executive at Cisco. And prior to that he spent fourteen years at Deloitte as their Chief Learning Officer. He was on the show with us back in 2019 when we talked about his book "Nine Lies About Work" which was named one of the best management books of 2019.
