Dr. Harold Kerzner has a doctorate, masters of science in Engineering and an MBA.
He is a Senior Executive Director with the International Institute for Learning.
Dr. Kerzner is a globally recognized expert in the areas of project, program and portfolio management and strategic planning.
He’s a prolific speaker,
and is the author of over 60 text books including
Project Management: A Systems Approach to Planning, Scheduling, and Controlling, which is now in its 12th edition
and Project Management 2.0 - Leveraging Tools, Distributed Collaboration, and Metrics for Project Success.
If you have your PMP Certification, you have probably heard of Dr. Kerzner.
Today, we are going to listen to a story which he calls
