I sit down alone this week to give you my thoughts on prioritizing your time. I personally hate the phrase "I don't have time". I share why I think that the phrase is detrimental and how it sabotages your goals. I also give you a few tips and tricks I learned from Dr. Andrew Huberman that help me stay awake and alert throughout the day. Thanks, guys and I hope y'all have a great week!
I explain my theory of how I approach Meditations and the way I am going to review it. I discuss Books 1-4 and cover the central themes of Purpose, Discipline, and "Good".
I sit down with Johnathan from Red Beard Outdoors to discuss his purpose of helping people live happier, healthier, more successful lives by getting outside. Johnathan also tells the story of why he created his brand and what made him decide to take the leap into fulfilling his purpose.

I do my best to wrap up Leadership Strategy and Tactics, then transition to Meditations. I discuss my approach to reading the book and my process to review it moving forward.
I wasn't able to get a guest on this week but I just sat down to talk to myself a little bit in hopes that you all can get something out of it. I discuss friendship, finding a passion, and keeping your foot on the gas pedal.
In this episode of The Purpose Book Club, I discuss "Because I Said So". One of the phrases leaders should never use. Jocko covers it well and I share real-life examples of how avoiding it can be of benefit.
My friend Cade and I sit down to discuss his purpose. We stagger around it and end up contemplating truth and societal value structures. We do the best we can do to break down what makes society tick and hypothesize why it seems like ours ain't tickin' very well at the moment.
This has been one of my favorite episodes so far and I hope y'all enjoy it too! Thanks!
Got a quick one this Wednesday talking about Reflect and Diminish, a strategy used to handle emotional situations and gain leadership capital.
This is something that I am still very bad at, but I have gotten better and seen the awesome effects it can have when it goes right. Thanks, everyone, keep tuning in!
I sit down with my friend A.J. Kazmierczak to discuss his purpose, the benefits of having an open mind, and how to utilize your open mind to build relationships. We also cuss and discuss bow hunting and life in general. This was a fantastic episode and it's safe to say a new friendship was made. Please go follow my guy A.J. on Instagram and show him some love!
