In this episode, we hear from a buddy of mine who truly is chizzled as the ROCK.  Joking aside, MKristo Bruce is an extremely successful businessman for Team Bruce Mortgage. As a father, we learn from the very difficult but loving family life that MK endured.  We hear stories of his love and tight relationships with his brothers and sisters. In this episode, I had the opportunity to interview Jon Kronemeyer who is the VP of Sales at BiYork Flooring in Canada.  Jon and I met after he saw me interviewed on "The Brutal Truth of Selling Podcast with Brian Burns."  We've spent time together virtually, and realized we have a lot in common as former QB's and now sales leaders.   Jon is a very down to earth dad who is striving to be the ultimate QB of his household.

Jon talks about the challenges of a hectic sales job and also talks about his ability and focus to always stay patient as a father, which is always a struggle.  He also stresses the ability to keep things simple, focus on attitude, and be present!!!

In this episode, a huge shoutout goes to Dale Favors who introduced me to Ulysses who is a successful corporate lawyer for over 25 years.  he is a father of two athletic boys and he is also a cancer survivor.  Today, we learn from Ulysses the father and explore his positivity.  Additionally, his son is a senior in high school and was primed and ready to have a great senior season, but instead, the season was canceled due to Covid-19.  We learn from Ulysses on how he is keeping his son positive during this tough time, which I think other parents will find useful during these difficult times we all are going through.

Ulysses will talk about his passion for the Invictus Poem and also the impact of values, specifically, discipline and having structure.
