Given the time of year, we have decided to check in on some familiar voices and see how they are getting on, today Ray catches up with Michael Harding.

On today's show Ray speaks with Diarmuid Lyng about narrating the new GAA documentary Réabhlóid GAA. Niamh McAnally read her 500 words from "A Page from My Life" and Jamie Cullum was on the line to talk about his new Christmas album.

Réabhlóid GAA is a new one-hour documentary that tells the story of how hurling redefined itself as a sport in the 1990s. Former Wexford player and narrator of the documentary, Diarmuid Lyng joined Ray on the line from our studio in Kerry.

Jamie Cullum joined Ray on the phone to chat about his new album "Now, it’s Christmas time" and what it was like to home school kids while trying to write CHristmas songs in April.

We received so many entries into our A Page From My Life competition which were heartfelt and personal. The book is full of the most wonderful stories and NIamh took the time to join Ray on the phone from Calafornia to read hers.

On today's show Ray speaks with Bridgid McLaughlin about her new podcast and Declan Horgan, an Irish chef and contestant of season 19 of Hell's Kitchen chats to Ray on line from the Washington.

After a 14 year break, she is back writing for the Sunday Independent. Returning to writing, and now podcasting, wasn't an easy path who went through a series of personal, and very public, tragedies - including the loss of her sister Siobhan. Bridgid joined Ray in studio.

On today's show Ray speaks to Nicole O’Regan, Heidi J Larson talks about her new book called Stuck, we catch up with Irene Nel about her delivery of wool from the listeners and Ray O'Neill and Allison Keating are back with some relationship advice.

Author Heidi J Larson joins Ray to talk about her new book called Stuck, which looks at the many types of vaccine hesitancy and the social factors that perpetuate them.
