Florida State University is looking to raise nearly $327 million for their football program by offering revenue bonds. This has led many college football fans to circulate rumors about FSU being “broke” or trying to raise these funds in order to buy their way out of the ACC. So, what’s the truth? Florida State will plan to use these funds for a football only facility and for providing renovations to Doak Campbell Stadium.
