We’re digging into Jesus’ final words in his prayer for his disciples and future believers. Why did he pray what he prayed? What does it mean for you and me?

• The reciprocity of glory - the Father to Jesus and Jesus to the Father

• Jesus is a conduit of God’s love, wisdom, and salvation

• Jesus’ prayer for protection 

• Jesus’ fulfillment of Scripture

• Jesus’ prayer that we would be set apart

• Our unity as believers is what will bring the world to a saving knowledge of Jesus

• The glory we have as believers!

• What this prayer means for you and me as we follow Jesus

• Commitment to the church and the body of believers

• Where in your life do you feel confused, alone, imposter syndrome? Let Jesus’ words of encouragement in John 17 encourage you!

• What does it look like for God’s church to be one this side of heaven? Do you believe this is possible?

• Where in your life do you feel love has been lost? How do you feel about this loss? Where do you desire restoration?
