Getting into the learner's mindset is super important. 

It doesn't matter what you're doing whether it's for a technical course,  or just a knowledge base course 

It's about getting in and understanding where you're at that point and where you want to be. 

I see many people getting into courses, just to get into studies, or to learn a little bit more, but don't put the time and effort into the course. 

And that's why I really want technicians, Refrigeration Professionals to understand if you're going into a course 

-you want to put the effort in,  -you want to put the time in, 

Because it's only going to benefit you the more effort you put in, the more you'll learn.
