Cris Mendez (@cris.legacy) has had an emotional battle with how he presents himself towards the women in his life. He grew up in a dicey neighborhood learning to adapt to his friends gangster attitudes to keep up, and then saw those "masculine" traits bottle up and explode in his relationships with his mom and girlfriend. He didn't have a father figure, so he turned to God which gave him the self awareness to see the path he was headed, and change it for the better. He courageously dives into how he's developed tools to help control his temper and learned to take a beat, and explain to the important people in his life how hurt he felt, in a calmer way.
