S2E96: The Renegade Writer’s Mouthy Musings
I was struggling today. In fact, it’s been rough since late last night. A few things hadn’t gone my way. The roller coaster of life has me up and down lately. Perhaps you can relate.
It’s been a rough 2025, so far. It feels like Donald Douche has been in office a lot longer than three months.
In today’s podcast episode, I talk about why I was having a difficult time, how it related to bullying, and what I did to change that shit. I refuse to be backed into a corner or made to be fearful. Fuck that.
Check it out if you don’t mind. I know a lot of you are also struggling. I’m here to listen, leave me a comment, and let me know if you can relate to this feeling. Hopefully, you’ll be able to turn it around like I did a couple of hours ago. We have to look out for each other and help one another get through this Trump bullshit.
Thank you for lending me your ears. I value and appreciate you all.

This might be the most fiery podcast episode I’ve recorded yet. I’m fucking pissed off and ready to fight.
I really don’t even feel like describing this episode in detail. I’d just appreciate you lending me your ears and leaving some comments. I need to chill out and take a break after the article I wrote earlier about this. Check it out here, if you don’t mind:
This podcast episode builds on that. I’m just done with this entire bullshit adminstration and it’s ridiculous, criminal leader. Don Gaudy has got to go.
Thank you for your support. You guys mean the world to me. I wouldn’t do this daily and risk my safety and freedom if you didn’t. Thank you for always lending me your ears, daily. It means a lot. Together, we can fight fascism and take our country back.

I’m so irritated right now, Y’all…
I’ve been looking forward to attending the Bernie Sanders rally here in Idaho for weeks. Since hearing about it, I knew I wanted to attend and see him speak. This was even before they announced that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez would be here with him.
So, of course, I woke up with a migraine.
I hoped I could shake it off after writing my article. It was difficult to see the screen properly. I don’t get massive headaches like many people do, but it’s difficult to look at screens or even be in rooms with a lot of lighting. Driving isn’t safe.
I’m trying to decide if I want to ask Mai to drive us there and power through it. It’s not in the city we live in, so this isn’t just a drive across town. I think it’s going to be a game-time decision, whether I participate or not.
I’m trying not to be angry with myself. I rarely get these migraines. But I also want to be right for the Saturday rally at our Capitol. Decisions, decisions.
Thank you for giving this one a listen. I recorded it about an hour ago, and this has gotten significantly worse since then. But thank you for listening and lending me your ears. I’m gonna go lie down in the dark for a bit and see how this plays out. I appreciate your support, as always.

Happy Sunday, Everyone. For most people, today is a day of rest. Many folks have Sundays off and use that day to do fun activities or just chill. Almost everyone in my household is off on Sundays, and the house is usually buzzing with activity.
I noticed this today when I was busy writing my morning article. I had plans afterward and knew that today would be anything but restful. And that’s ok. I enjoy what I do daily as a writer and podcaster.
Still, it strikes me as funny that I haven’t taken a day off from this in probably a year or more. It might even be three years. In today’s podcast episode, I talk about why I handle my business this way and why I feel it’s important.
Especially in this shitty political landscape we live in, here in America.
Thank you for giving this one a listen. I appreciate every member of our Mouthy Militia. Thank you for lending me your ears today and every day. You guys make this worth doing without days off. &:^)

Elon Musk’s projected DOGE savings have dropped from two trillion dollars, down to 1 trillion, and is now sitting at 150 billion dollars. So where did all of these “savings’ go?
Right into their billionaire pockets.
This thievery, coupled with their stock market manipulation, is enriching the Billionaire Boys Club while hard-working Americans are suffering. Some are being fired, laid off, and losing their income. Many others are no longer insured, building retirement funds, or being able to afford their life-saving medications.
It’s bullshit, illegal, and wrong. So what are we going to do about all of this smug, careless bullshit they’re doing behind the scenes while laughing at the average American citizen? We need to do more. I talk about this in today’s podcast episode. I’d like to hear your thoughts about it, too.
Let’s show these evil, criminal fucks that they are not going to rape and pillage America. Not on our watch. It’s time to take action and resist. We must force the hands of politicians, lawyers, and judges nationwide. Thank you for lending me your ears once again. It’s always so appreciated.

Happy Friday evening, everyone! I hope your weekend has started off well! In today’s podcast episode, I decided to talk about something I was thinking about this morning. After seeing Jon Stewart and Pete Buttigieg, something Mayor Pete said stuck in my mind.
He thinks we need to have more productive conversations with MAGA voters. Ones where I’m not calling them mouth-breathing fuckwits, I’m assuming.
I get where he’s coming from on this. I’ve had other friends tell me similar things. But I’m not sure I’m ready to change my writing and podcast style just yet. Give this one a listen and let me know how you feel about Pete’s view on the subject and mine. I appreciate you lending me your ears, as always!

Hey Everyone.
Today’s podcast episode focuses on mental health. Specifically, about men’s mental health and how it is often neglected by so many fellas. This needs to change.
I was chatting with a close friend about it yesterday. We both compared notes, and I was able to offer up some advice from someone with a bit more experience on the subject. I’m about 13 years older than he is and married to a wonderful therapist.
In this episode, I share a bit about the things I’ve done to help my own mental health. I feel that it was helpful to share with him the strategies I’ve found to be effective. Now I’m going to share that with you.
Thank you for lending me your ears on this one. We all need to do the best job we can for our mental health. No more stigmas. No more shame. Let’s support each other and let one another know that it’s ok to heal and move forward in a positive way.

I’m leavin’ on a jet plane… Don’t know when I’ll be back again.
I wish that were my reality right now. I’m jonesing for some travel, and I can’t wait to do my writing and podcasting internationally. But for now, I have to stick around for a bit. I talk about the reasons why in today’s podcast episode.
The United States is a volatile place right now. Trump’s tariffs and his aggression toward those who are vocal and mouthy against his bullshit, lawbreaking ways make things difficult. But I’m determined to do the things I want to do and fulfill my dreams now, more than ever.
Please give this one a listen, and thank you for your support. I’m always so appreciative of every heart, comment, restack, and subscription you all send my way. I am so happy that you lend me your ears daily like you do. The Mouthy Militia is the BEST. &:^)

Good afternoon to you all! Thank you for joining me today and for giving this podcast episode a listen. The Renegade Writer’s Mouthy Musings are about to go down, once again.
It’s time to discuss how Trump has built such a cultish following. Several factors have led to where we are here in 2025. I hope you’ll check this one out and let me know your thoughts in the comment section. I value and appreciate you all, and I love reading your thoughts and feedback.
Thank you for lending me your ears; it’s always an honor to have you tune in. &:^)

Hey Y’all!
Man, it’s been a day. I was all set to record this podcast episode about something political, until I stumbled across this magnificent creature while walking Libby the Mooch. I knew I had to change my plans, I can rant about politics tomorrow.
Some things in life are more important than how fucking stupid Donald Trump is.
Give this one a listen, if you don’t mind. This fella has an interesting story. I’ve been looking for him for close to a week. I’ll tell you all about it if you lend me your ears. Thank you for humoring a 50-year-old bird-watching photographer nerd. &:^)
