Hey everyone! Today we sat with Brandon Fravel "Coach B " of Run Free Running Club. Coach B is an ultra runner, running coach and also one of the founders of Run Free Running Club in Camarillo CA. Every Wednesday Run Free Running Club meets at Institution in Camarillo CA and 6p for a 3 and 6 mile run. Coach B is a running machine. But there's more to his story than just running.
