We’re joined by Amy Nelson, race organizer of the legendary Baker Trail Ultras.
Here’s what truly sets this race apart: The Baker Trail Ultras are Trail Sisters Approved, and this race guarantees a 50% female entry field, a commitment that’s still rare in trail running.
Each year, runners take on a different 50-mile section of the 130+ mile Baker Trail—north, central, and south—earning a piece of a three-part medal along the way.
And if you finish all three?
You don’t just get a medal… you earn the legendary rolling pin — a display piece for your medals and a badge of honor that says you’ve put in 150+ miles, navigated challenges year over year, and survived this incredible trail series.
