Heath chats with Alex Kurashev about a unique dog that Alex runs on bear, the Laika. One of four different dogs within the breed. Alex tells about the origination of the Laika and the purpose behind the breed. Alex takes us through his love for hunting and how he ended up with the Laika. Heath has Alex tell about how he trained his pack without any help or mentors. The Laika is an interesting breed, they bring a different perspective to a long history of using a hound. Alex has shown two Laikas and determination and you can catch bear just like the rest of us. It’s all about the Journey.
