As podcasting has grown, so too have the production teams that make the podcast happen.
You have a graphic designer for your thumbnails and visuals, an audio editor for your audio, a video editor for your video editing – the list doesn’t go on, but it isn’t very short either.
This problem has made the podcast producer a hot commodity since these guys can handle most of what you need, if not all of it.
The question is: how do you make it happen?
Skip the research and tune in to get the essentials on cost, deliverables and the hiring process itself – this is the crash course you need to get started!

It’s a question that many podcasters will travel far and wide to find the answer to:
Should I get a VA, or a dedicated podcast producer for my show?

Whether you’re just starting out or scaling up, this episode will help you make the right move.

It’s one of the biggest motivators for podcasters – making money off your podcast.
Which is all fine and good! After all, we help B2B podcasters, we’re no strangers to a bottom line.
The issue here is the ways that people conventionally think will help them ‘get that money’.
But is it at the expense of your brand? Your audience? Or even, dare I say, potential leads???
Tune in and let’s sort this all out!

In this week’s episode, I’m joined by my right-hand man and the general manager of Podcast Principles, Jack Gallagher!
Jack sits down with me to discuss some major areas in podcasting, from A.I.’s place in production and content creation – to calibrating the expectations of “success” in podcasting and why you shouldn’t sweat the numbers for *at least* 6 to 12 months.
We also zoom in on some of the benefits we’ve seen from both minimal and maximal outsourcing, what managing and running a podcast looks like and weigh in on what is “cheap” or “expensive” in the podcasting world.
And for all my fellow ADD brothers and sisters, or even busy professionals rolling your eyes at the runtime, don’t forget to use the timestamps to skip to the conversation topic that is most interesting and relevant to you!

LinkedIn’s new video feed has been here for a minute – and it doesn’t look like it’s going anywhere..

Running your own business is no picnic – but for those of you that pour your blood, sweat and tears into what you’re building – this episode is for you.
This week, I’m joined by Dan Martin – a client and business coach who is a catalyst for people like myself to take their model and how they do things to the next level.
His speciality? He helps owners get time BACK and move away from a 1:1 coaching model and towards paid communities.
I sit down with Dan to discuss what worked and what didn’t work for me specifically, on my journey – and I also reveal the $15,000 lesson that I learned – that shifted my entire mindset as an owner.

So your content is bringing in prospects, now what?
The best part of course.. Turning those prospects into clients! Easier said than done, but exciting nonetheless.
In this week’s episode, I share another segment from a recent webinar I did – where I address this bottom part of the funnel – the portion where people are considering buying, but need that extra push, or shift in mindset to get them to the other side.
That ‘extra push’ can be a lot of different things, and people will have their opinions on what really works and what really doesn’t – and I dive into what I think really works – from paid advertising, to organic content, cold emails, and even the namesake of the video, how to convert website visitors.

Just the courage to hit record and some cheap software.
That’s literally it.
