When contractors work on our property or off, it opens the company up for liability or even possible injuries & accidents should something bad happen.  As Safety Manager's we need to mitigate this risk by putting a contractor safety program into place.

The best way to do this is by taking small steps and improving it as each step is implemented.  In this episode, I break it down into the different steps you can take.  Go from nothing in place to a world-class contractor program, step-by-step.
