We are kicking in the new year with LOTS to catch up on AND lots to prepare for! This episode features Chris Parker (of Parker XL), who gives concrete tips on how entrepreneurs can find a healthy balance between utilizing social media for their brand(s) and nurturing their mental health. J.Mix and Parker begin by discussing the self-awareness of the rioters at the capitol earlier this month. During "Pony Tales," Parker explains how old school social media platform, Habbo Hotel, gave him important skills on managing his current social platforms. J.Mix discusses her current stressors with social media in relation to producing and promoting the podcast. And they both explore if it is possible for the average millennial to "succeed" without social media.
