I am on your team.
What is up guys!
Relationships are a MASSIVE part of our lives, whether it be with friends, family, or with a significant other. And most people have some kind of horror story or bad experience when it comes to dating. In this episode, I have a conversation with Paige Wilhide, a breakup coach. We discuss how to get through breakups but also how we can create the relationships e are looking for.
We all seem to have dreams and passions that we want to pursue and be a part of. Do we chase them? Or do we run away in fear? Maybe it's not even fear but just an understanding of what reality can do to our dreams.
In this week's episode, I share with you my article Curiosity Creates Connection. As I have been able to work with others and interview all kinds of people I have started to realize, as we allow ourselves to become curious and learn from other people's lives we will start to develop and create a greater connection with them.
Thanks so much for tuning in!

What is building resilience and what does it mean?
As you are on your path and journey to self-design and self-mastery, you may wonder how you can design other things in your life. In this episode, entrepreneur and business owner Gene Morris joins us to share his experience in business ownership, and how we can get started.
If there is one thing that I have noticed in my mental health journey it is that mental health and life challenges go a lot of hand in hand. In today's episode, I have an amazing conversation with Ashton Hall about mental health. She has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and myself previously diagnosed with depression and anxiety have a great conversation about how the two of us were able to cope and continue being the best versions of ourselves. We hope as you listen you can do the same!
