This week we get to know our Canadian Running Magazine cover model Melissa Doldron. Melissa is a runner, a registered massage therapist, and a movement educator. She believes that movement is medicine, and good recovery is the key to performance. She is also an advocate for creating safer spaces for as the running community works towards more equitable and inclusive goals. In this episode we chat with Melissa about her recent experience at The Speed Project, about being a community connector, and about the value of slowing down to smell the roses.
