We create many lists in a day and a week to help us be productive and accomplish many tasks. However, there is a list that we create that most of us don't know about that is not very helpful. The "Should" List. Yes, that should sounds a lot like a familiar cuss word we know, and that's just what a should list is. In the words of Corrine Crabtree, "Anytime we think someone "should" do something, we automatically put them on our 'shit' list." Our lists can get pretty long with all the "shoulding" we do, and one person who most definitely ends up on this list is ourselves. Whenever we "should" we judge. We judge the other person and end up judging ourselves for the judging. Join in for this week as we talk more about this "should" list and how we can eliminate the list by changing "should" to "could."
