What does it really mean to be cynical? This week on The Sleepover Club we're dissecting the different types of cynicism and what they really mean; from Instagram judgement, to brand mistrust, and what a lack of cynicism on a societal level does for the world we live in. We want to pull apart our true intentions when criticising something; and discuss whether being cynical is just a mask for an underlying bitchiness towards others, or if casting a sceptical eye towards the actions of your peers is the only way to progress forward.
Additionally, we'll be chatting about who we allow and encourage cynicism from; considering how class, gender identity, and sexuality alter how your opinions are perceived.
