With Valentine’s Day approaching, this episode invites you to turn toward one of your most important relationships—the one you have with yourself.
We explore how limiting beliefs and unconscious inner dialogue shape the way we move through the world, and what becomes possible when we begin noticing these stories with curiosity rather than judgment. Through a somatic lens, we reflect on how experiences live in the body and how gentle awareness can create space for compassion and choice.
The episode closes with a simple self-love practice using breath, touch, and presence to support a sense of safety and connection in the body.
Take a breath. Let’s slow down together.

In this episode, we explore cultivating safety in the body amidst ongoing change. We discuss nervous system regulation, capacity, and somatic resourcing, and close with a guided body scan to help you land and reconnect.
A body scan helps you gently reconnect with your body, supporting nervous system regulation and a sense of safety in the present moment. By noticing sensations without trying to change them, it encourages release of tension and builds awareness, ease, and resilience over time.

In this week’s episode, we explore what sustaining change with care looks like. How do we plan for when life happens, and how can we let go of the stories we tell ourselves when things don’t go according to plan? You’ll be guided through reflections and a gentle somatic practice to return to your intentions with support instead of pressure.

In this episode, we explore how intention is lived—not through big, dramatic changes, but through small, everyday moments.
Using a simple story from my life, I reflect on how adding intention to what we already do can shift our experience in meaningful ways. You’ll be guided through a gentle somatic practice and invited to notice where small pauses and conscious choices might support you this week.

✍️Thought Starters:
Where in my day do I move on autopilot?
What changes when I bring intention into something ordinary?
Example: brushing teeth, getting dressed, making coffee, commuting to work, going to bed, etc.
What would help you remember to add intention to my day?
Maybe writing it on a piece of paper and placing it where you spend time?
Setting it as your phone background?
Telling a friend?
Start slow. Just pick one of your current routines to begin with.

As we begin a new year, this episode is an invitation to soften the pressure to “start strong” and instead reconnect with intention.
I reflect on my own shift from New Year’s resolutions to choosing words that act as a container for the year ahead—and how intention creates space for steadiness, care, and clarity without the weight of self-improvement.
You’ll also be guided through a gentle somatic practice to explore the difference between pressure and intention in your body, and to notice what feels truly supportive right now.
This episode is for you if you’re craving a slower, more embodied way to begin again.

In this episode, I share a gentle check-in after a heavy few weeks. We explore what it means to meet ourselves with awareness rather than fixing, and how small somatic practices can help us come back to the body during tender seasons.
This episode includes a simple self-massage practice, reflective journal prompts, and an invitation to let rest be enough as we close out the year.
A quiet, grounding listen for when you need permission to slow down and ask: How am I really?

✍️Journal Prompts (let's get curious):
How am I really doing right now?
When I feel overwhelmed, what do I naturally move toward?
When things feel uncertain, how do I tend to protect myself?
What do I do automatically when I’m tired or stretched thin?
What patterns are showing up lately, and what might they be trying to help me with?

This week’s episode is all about rest, and how restorative yoga can transform the way you meet the harder moments of life. After a week of being sick, I found myself noticing how much this practice has rewired my nervous system. Instead of spiralling into guilt or urgency, my body actually knew how to soften and surrender. And I’m grateful my kids get to see that version of me.
In this episode, I talk about the benefits of restorative yoga beyond the mat, why learning to rest is something the world desperately needs right now, and how this practice helps us show up with more patience, clarity, and presence.
I also guide you through a gentle somatic practice “The Art of Being Held” along with a few journal prompts to help you explore your own relationship with rest.
If you’re craving slowness, grounding, or permission to pause, this one’s for you.

✍️Journal Prompts (let's get curious):
Do I treat rest as something to earn rather than something I’m allowed?
What beliefs about productivity or worthiness come up when I try to slow down?
What does “rested me” feel like in my body? How do I show up differently?
When do I notice myself pushing past my capacity? What would it look like to pause sooner?
What small shift could I make this week that lets me experience being supported instead of doing the supporting?

This week’s episode is all about awareness—where it goes, what it lands on, and how it shapes the way we feel. I share a simple moment with my dog that shifted my perspective and reminded me that not everything asking for our attention drains us; some things actually bring us back to ourselves.
We explore the power of noticing, the agency we hold in choosing what we focus on, and how what we tend to with our awareness quietly grows. With winter inviting us inward, this episode offers gentle questions to help you reflect on what you want to nurture in the season ahead.
A soft reminder that clarity creates choice—and choice shapes a life that feels more like your own.

This week, I explore body wisdom—the quiet knowing that arises when we slow down, drop into our breath, and listen to our body’s subtle cues. I share how even simple actions, like resetting a space, can guide us back to presence, clarity, and self-awareness.
You’ll also be guided through a gentle somatic practice to connect with your body’s intelligence and reflection prompts to bring this awareness into your daily life.

What are some small ways you can set up your space this week to feel a little more peaceful and supported?
Do you carve out any moments in your week to be unplugged? Time to step inward and reconnect with your inner landscape? No judgement, just curiosity.
In practice, did any intuitive nudges, ideas, or insights arise? How might you honour or follow them this week?
If your body could speak to you right now, what would it say?
