Product reviews are back! Disaster hits the Blair Ct. Studios, and a plea is made for more beer. Goldfish unnecessarily describes the table they record on…which comes back to haunt them, says some people are not meant to be champions, and is willing to get black eyes. OG goes into the episode cold, says, “I’m a sweaty monster!”, and wonders how we got to Des Moines.
Chesty Puller tosses the boys a fantastic 4-pack of tall boys from Honor Brewing’s Backyard Banger West Coast IPA.

This episode is brought to you by the 7 Wonders of the World, a controversial ultra race director and a bruise. The OG proclaims, “I’m no Monk,” believes he’s being heckled sexually in Spanish, and uses the term “Mr.” loosely. Goldfish screws up his own bit, is not intimidated by different hues of purple, and admits he’s an asshole.
The OG comes through again with Papi Chulo, an IPA from the local Commonwealth Brewery.

In this episode, the boys get into the bizarre world of Gerry Lindgren and nominate him for Father of the Year. Goldfish claims he’s an American, tries to be philosophical, and says you can’t raw dog California chicks. Andrew steals one beer, calls Gerry a fraud, and says he has a tongue like Gene Simmons.
The OG brings a six-pack to the show. It's a Sixth Lord IPA from Basic City Brewing.

The cold open reveals Tommy might hang up on you; we get into Project 222, and discuss war-torn London. Andrew tells Goldfish to shut the fuck up, does his own Olympic Hymn rendition, and makes up his Top 5 list on the fly. Goldfish claims Yared Nuguse is washed, waxes ill-poetically about Hobbs Kessler, and talks about the most ridiculous medals given out in 1948.
Andrew’s “Bumpin’ Uglies Trophy,” Hans, hooks the show up with Nags Head IPA from Lost Colony Brewery.

In this episode, the boys go over product reviews, talk about the NCAA for some reason, and, unfortunately, Sir Goldfish wasn’t able to get the Shit King knighted, but he got him the title of Duke, so the Shit King has that going for him. Goldfish spits out a drug moment, wants to talk about men’s underwear, and talks about public urinals. Andrew goes on about the cushioning of super shoes, explains hyrox training, and loses it over Bonnie.
Me So Horny and … Russ, send in some booze! It’s a hazy IPA from Scofflaw Brewery called Juice Quest. You redeemed yourself, Turkey Neck!

Our favorite Brit is back! David Vasey, the Shit King, joins the show for a movie review of the 1962 flick “The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner.” David takes his wife up the “Cram Track,” surprisingly doesn’t celebrate the Fourth of July, and provides some history of prefab homes following World War II. Andrew overlooks the record button, gets hoodwinked in trivia, and says “Guv’nor” way too much. Tommy goes on a rant about American muscle cars, explains US tax codes, and gets mad at David for stealing his top moment in history to witness.
In a form of protest for being snubbed by Chewy and Mona, Jason a la carte drops off some Colt 45 for the boys to try and enjoy.

Goldfish is back from Jamaica and is as terrible as ever! In this episode, the boys get into some housekeeping and toss out a classic Top 5 list. For whatever reason, there’s a lot of talk about Baltimore. Let’s go Yankees/Phillies? Goldfish has a problem with a 3-year-old, still talks shit about American Airlines, and overexplains why Gudaf Tsegay isn’t running. Andrew says, “Yeah, everyone knows about swim-out pools,” tells his wife he loves her, and likes a beer doggy style.
Dr. Fast sends in some beer from The Alchemist and is recruited to be an official Snot Rocket Podcast research intern. A position which doesn’t pay. Congrats.

Goldfish and the OG are bringing back an episode from two years ago. You Blew It!
You blew it! The boys talk about famous collapses in running. Tommy admits to getting particularly excited about women's beach volleyball, shares more personal stories (yawn), and makes fun of Italians. Andrew talks about triathlon but butchers the swim distance and talks about drinking bat blood. Welcome to Algeria!
This episode's beer is brought to us by Goldfish, who didn’t wear his glasses and got 9% Emperor of Clouds by Three Notch’d Brewery.

In this episode, the boys get into arguably the greatest boys' HS runner of all time, Jim Ryun and Dad on Feet presents us with the topic for our game show and Goldfish is worried he’s going to do terribly. Andrew sounds like shit and gets nominated for a Snotty, spills his beer, and gets mad at Goldfish. Goldfish admits he’s not a big breakfast person, wants business owners to become homeless, and knows there was no WW 11.
This episode's beer is brought to us by … Goldfish! He contributed Wicked Weed’s Pernicious IPA.

This episode is about the world’s oldest race, and it takes place in Italy, first held in 1208, and the French screwed it up. Goldfish narcs on his drug-smuggling grandson, wants to know if he’s out of control, and counts to five in Italian. Andrew chastises the Snotties, throws his water bottle down, and says, “Silk is where China came from.”
Mark cleans out his beer fridge and tosses us a few beers from The Veil. First up is Master Shredder Hazy IPA and a four-pack of White Ferrari double IPA. You the man, Mark, no matter what your wife says.
