This episode is all about the 2018 Boston Marathon and wins by Yuki Kawauchi and Des Linden. Goldfish springs a game show on Andrew, has another “Andrew’s fingers are so white,” and gives instructions on how to make a Black and Tan. Andrew says Des is fat, does some research, and has a Port-a-Potty story.
Herr Wilhelm brings the boys some applicable holiday beer with a Guinness Draught, seeing as it’s St. Patrick’s Day, and Sir Goldfish decides to drink Black and Tans but with an IPA.

In this episode, we do a movie review. Which means Preview Mike returns! Goldfish loses his shit over a fake movie, doesn’t think he saw the right movie, and hopes Jessica Tandy rots in hell. Andrew does a blind plea to Des that is epic, thinks wearing spikes is a good way to get your ass kicked, and reveals why he’s not on Ozempic.
Jam Master JJ and Mrs. Jam Master JJ gave us an amazing six-pack of Tox Brewing Co Port City Pants Party IPA, Wild East Brewing Antithesis West Coast IPA, and 3 Floyds Arctic Panzer Wolf imperial IPA.

Some might say the boys didn’t have shit to talk about, others would say they never do, but we’re doing an episode filled with housekeeping. Andrew can’t wait to have his own studio, wants to argue with Goldfish, and dribbles on about his lone race win - hold for applause. Goldfish brings up a woman whose husband doesn’t give two shits about her, wants to see women fight in their underwear, and has exclusive start line audio.
Jam Master JJ gives the duo a variety pack, including Hardywood’s Cancer Sucks Cold Cap IPA, Bell’s Hopslam Ale, and Three Floyds’ Pride Joy.

There’s a ton of American pride, fresh off the men’s overtime hockey Olympic gold win, and these two clowns welcome in their newest favorite Brit, David Vasey. Goldfish says, “Wanker,” way too much, lashes out at Andrew, and has a drug moment.
David shares his love for American pop culture, doesn’t run long on Sundays because he’s hungover, and absolutely eviscerates American stereotypes. Andrew laughs about the death of a Paralympian, wants to know about the toilet paper in Buckingham Palace, and is fascinated with women curlers.
The beers are Newcastle Brown for David, Clown Shoes Rainbows Are Real for Tommy, and Sierra Nevada Pale Ale for Andrew.

How stupid is running? Well, they do it in prison, it seems, so they don’t get raped. Andrew calls the Freak Greek live on the show, doesn’t know his buddy Cory’s 5k PR, and sure does love a good prison sex story. Goldfish embarrasses his father, Hank, wants cheese on his burger, and once again has a problem with the Boston marathon.
The Freak Greek hooks us up with the Fix Hellas Lager by Olympic Brewery, and as a bonus, he tossed in a sixer of Pulp Art Hazy IPA made by Brooklyn Brewery.

This episode features two runners who are kinda shitbags, and one that Goldfish implores Snotties to hate immediately, and there isn’t much housekeeping. Goldfish again says Strava is the devil, explains to Andrew the story of Achilles, and talks about prostitutes. Andrew impersonates Femke Bol, threatens to call the Freak Greek, and encourages Goldfish to get a tramp stamp.
Jason Ala-Cart supplies the two jackasses with some tasty libations all the way from Peru with Tres Cruces lager brewed by Ajeper S.A.

The boys get into the greatest marathoner that has ever lived, and you probably have no idea who it is. Plus, we want to know if Andrew should get a 3rd Boston jacket. Andrew reads a poem, admits to winning one race, and taunts a 17-year-old. Sir Goldfish does a poor version of “Andrew’s Fingers Are So White,” says, “You think so?” and doesn’t give a shit that the WR in the half-marathon won’t be ratified.
This makes back-to-back episodes in which Andrew supports the podcast with beer, donating Starr Hill Brewery’s Ramble On Juicy IPA.

The boys spit out the fourth and final episode of innovations in running: technology, read more of David Vasey’s blog, and wonder about betting on running. Sir Goldfish wants to see teenage tennis players stabbed, tells Jason ala Cart to go fuck himself, and says he dresses like a 5-year-old feral child. Andrew swears he’s not a degenerate gambler, makes an impassioned plea to get housing in LA, and says, “You dirty dago.”
Andrew brings in Aslin Beer Company’s Maybe Shark IPA.

Continuing their multi-part series, the boys get into track surfaces. Andrew doesn’t trust mango beer, brilliantly does the worst English accent ever, and makes yet another plea to Des Linden to come on the show. Sir Goldfish tells a track story (hold for applause), defends Uncle Chen, and threatens to make a coaster.
Cavity Search drops off some Mango Rockers beer by Big Ugly Brewing.

Part 2 of our take on the innovation of running, which involves shoes, Money. Sir Goldfish talks about making shirts way too much, doesn’t have music for his Snotty Spotlight, and is disappointed by Andrew’s top 5 list. Andrew needs to caulk his toilet, makes a plea to Des Linden to come on the show, and congratulates Cory Linkenletter.
Jason al a cart drops off Minute Man IPA by Three Notch’D Brewery.
