For some reason, we talk about a Cowboys player … much to Goldfish’s chagrin, the man did win an Olympic medal, and we have our first nominee for a “Let’s Call it Tim” Snotty. Andrew drops his phone, reads a heartfelt letter as Red in Shawshank Redemption, and eats butter. Uncle Goldfish gives a topic tip about drugs, justifies being a snobby fuck getting an award, and identifies multiple words that have a C in them.
The OG’s mother supplies us with beer, and it’s New Trail Brewing Co’s Broken Heels hazy IPA.

In this episode, the OG and Goldfish go back to 2020 when Andrew and Tommy did their first podcast together that no one listened to. Tommy wants to send Andrew’s dogs into space, talks about the great lake, and doesn't wear his 5k medal out in public … because he doesn’t have one. Andrew takes a shot at Jason à la carte, says a 3-year-old is a classic “girls gone wild”, and hates the mail carrier and his neighbor.
Automatic Knife Gun hooks us up with Sierra Nevada’s Torpedo IPA … tall boys! They are 9.2%.

It’s award time, Sotties! Year three is coming to a close, and we have awards to dish out. The boys dish out some gifts to each other that we only get to enjoy; you’re welcome. The OG is not taking medals anymore, has never gotten monogrammed golf balls from Goldfish’s ex-wife, and trashes the WAG’s again. Sir Goldfish is confident his marathon is going to go “fucking terribly,” tells Andrew to have another kid, and does minutes of research on the top 5 list.
From Chesty Puller, we get to enjoy an unfiltered lager from Sly Fox Brewing’s Slugger.

The boys are going streaking! In this episode, Sir Goldfish and the OG get philosophical about running addictions and running streaks. Goldfish can’t hit the broad side of a barn on the golf course despite his efforts, scares away a potential Snotty, and is fighting off groupies and strippers in South Carolina. Andrew still likes a prison sex scene in movies, offers golf advice, and mentions Hooters way too much.
Tommy is drinking Devil’s Backbone Vienna Lager, and Andrew is sipping a Proven Theory from Benchtop Brewing.

In this episode, the boys get into the world record performances from the London marathon, annoyingly talk about what constitutes a world record performance, and the Snot Rocket game show goes to a tie breaker! Andrew dodges a landmine from Goldfish, thinks that if you go to the moon, you can do whatever you want, and asks, “Where do you go from there?” Goldfish eats some nachos, asks what’s to gain out of being an asshole, how much faster is a 2:15:16 marathon compared to a 2:42:30 marathon, and talks about horses.
Sir Goldfish smuggles this episode's beer all the way from Delaware! It’s Crooked Hammock’s Sway Hazy IPA.

This episode is a recap of Andrew’s Boston marathon and Golfish’s brother’s shitshow wedding. Andrew’s dogs make an appearance, he shoots his shot with Des, and says, “Skanks on the sidelines.” Goldfish tells the Fountain Inn in Ridgefield, CT, to go fuck themselves, points out the irony in humanity, and tells Snotties how to cheat in a race better.
From John, we are enjoying some of the Brother’s Craft Brewing’s Skyline Falls IPA.

The boys bring back the newly favorite Snotty, the Shit King, all the way from England. David Vasey is back to discuss a topic Andrew thinks is going to suck: Sebastian Coe, Steve Ovett, and Steve Cram. Goldfish attacks his cohost, would like a whole cocker, and invents the word “Pussiitis.” Andrew knows more about the British Parliament than our guest, complains about his prostate, and tries to bring Savanah Guthrie’s mom into the Zoom. David updates Snotties on his training, works without any notes, and proclaims Sporty Spice is the best Spice Girl.
The beverages for this episode are Goldfish sucking on a few New Belgium “VooDoo Rangers”, Andrew slurping on some Sierra Nevada Pale Ales, and the guest of honor, David, is partaking in Wylam Brewery’s “Hickey the Rake.”

In this offering, your devoted hosts delve into the upcoming Boston Marathon, do a top 5, and promise to have David Vasey back on. Andrew tells Christina, “Good on ya, Cliffy”, says something about Irish people in Boston, and confuses George Foreman for Morgan Freeman. Sir Goldfish thinks he’s a lawyer, calls CJ Albertson a tank, and picks Simba from The Lion King to win the Boston marathon.
While on a work trip, Christina flew us back some New Glarus Brewing Co.’s Moon Man No Coast IPA and Lake Louie Brewing’s Kiss the Lips IPA.

On the last day of Women’s History Month, the boys get into Francie Larrieu Smith, one of America’s most versatile runners, and no pigeons were harmed in this episode. Andrew struggles the entire show with speaking, reading, and following any kind of flow to the show … but nails the Snot Rocket Podcast Game Show. Sir Goldfish incorrectly swears in a foreign language, knows what it’s going to take for Tiger Woods to get on the straight and narrow, and feels vindicated over drugs.
Fresh off his seven plate PR, Jason Ala Carte drops off Blue Mountain Barrel House’s (or is it whoreses?) Monticello Mountain Ale.

We’re going all the way back to 1900 to look at the Paris Olympics and celebrate National Detention Day. Goldfish can’t refrain from saying the “C” word, thinks Cooper Lutkenhaus will eventually be laying pipe, and doubles down on ACDC. Andrew highlights the cottage industry of the stupidity around running, can’t get over French seamen, nails the game show segment once again, and fantasizes about women croquet players.
The boys are drinking their personal garage beer. Goldfish is enjoying Kona “Big Wave,” and Andrew is drinking Alewerks “Superb Hazy IPA.”
