The boys are skittish about going back to Ikea, admit they achieved their low bar potential, and have no clue how to convert kilometers to miles. Tommy evades authorities, continues to cough, and can’t pronounce Wight. Andrew tries to post to Instagram during the show, reviews their competition in Chicago, and loves jail sex and murders.
This episode's beer is brought to us by the Other Guy and is Three Notch’d Brewery’s Bright Future IPA.

A day late and a dollar short, the boys do their Snotty Awards. The hosts try to recruit fake guests and talk too much about baseball. Andrew knows what the fuck he’s doing, yearns for a better research staff, and pays homage to Ryne Sandberg. Tommy feels a need to get on a dating app, says Thurman Munson is not coming back, and dribbles on about what is and what isn’t a good drug.
Quickly becoming our favorite Snottie, Just John, hooks us up again with Citraquench’l by Heist Brewing.

In this episode, Goldfish sounds worse than he looks … as usual, Andrew drinks the donated beer the day before, and they talk about domestic violence a bit too much. Andrew professes his love for Siskel and Ebert, thinks Chariots of Fire is boring, and wants a homoerotic shower scene. Tommy admits he’s a liar, calls Noah Lyles a dick, and realizes no one runs 810 meters.
The beer on this episode is from Christina and is Pocahoptas by Centre of the Universe.

Goldfish is feeling under the weather so the boys are recording via Zoom, and they pimp the upcoming 100th episode and National The Other Guy Day. Goldfish is on fire with his segues, asks Andrew some more trivia questions, and references Andrew’s broken bed…again. Andrew’s Swiffer makes an appearance, tiptoes around social issues, and butchers an Australian accent.
With the boys being remote, Andrew is enjoying Kona Big Wave - because it was on sale, and Goldfish is overdoing it with Founders All Day IPA and cold medicine.

In an attempt to class up the show, the boys bring back the WAGs. Tommy tries to be nicer … tries. Andrew recalls his nicknames from high school, calls his wife a 5-ton blower, and defines the term “bell end.” Tommy finds out you can leave comments on Spotify, sets Christina up with a new set of “Andrew’s fingers are so white,” and gets angry again.
Mrs. Drew donated this episode’s beer. It’s a “Ruby Squeeze” from Back Bay Brewery.

This episode is a bunch of nonsense - literally. The boys talk about dead people, what race is the hardest, and having fun with your wife. Tommy peppers Andrew with trivia questions, and he goes 4 for 11, reminisces about his hair, and makes fun of Andrew’s … well. Andrew doesn’t share the show notes with Tommy, admits his wife doesn’t listen to the show, and finds his ID.
Our favorite non-show named Snotty, Just John, hooks us up with Isaac’s Craft Kitchen Brewery’s Birdhaus pale ale.

For your listening pleasure, the dynamic duo delve into two movies about the same runner, Steve Prefontaine. They also talk about a drunk gymnast for way too long and don’t actually get into either movie until a half hour in the podcast. Goldfish trashes Prefontaine unnecessarily, doesn't give a shit about infants, and thinks OJ is still alive. Andrew says Tommy is still a hack, wants Mary Lou Retton to do splits on a cop car, and is triggered by German mother figures.
To toast a guy who died drunk driving, this episode’s offering is a Troegs variety pack from the Whispering Yinzer.

In this episode, the boys get into the 1972 Munich Olympics, act like assclowns over a serious topic, and Jim McKay brings them both back to their childhood. Andrew doesn't silence his computer, nails a pop quiz, and encourages Tommy to punch Jakob Ingebrgitsen like his dad did. Tommy sneaks in another “Andrew’s hands are so white” bit, gets mad about tattoos, and reveals how pathetic his childhood was.
This episode's beer was smuggled in from Europe by Glass Joe and is a fine array of offerings from Brewdog.

Heeeeee’s back! It’s the Snot Rocket Podcast's favorite miler, Mike Stahr, to talk about the Prefontaine Classic. The guys make their predictions about who will win the Bowerman Mile. Mike eats kosher nachos, tells a great story about running as a rabbit, and recalls a time on his knees. Tommy calls a high school girl a “gorilla,” hates that men with a man bun run fast, and thinks Nuguse is Irish. Andrew breaks down Boston’s new downhill marathon policy, has to collect himself several times, and thinks Ingebrigsten is washed up because he’s married.

The boys jump on a call with Mike Stahr to discuss Faith Kipyegon’s attempt at running a sub-4-minute mile. Mike is fresh out of a family dinner with a few drinks in him from a remote location, offers keen insight about running a mile, and circles the parking lot. Tommy provides the facts as to why it didn’t happen, calls out Greta Thunberg, and wants to kick a puppy…again. Andrew tries to right the ship, fails, and keeps the focus on the science and the facts.
