Bindle utilizes a self-sovereign identity network to allow individuals to share information, such as test results or vaccine certificates in the case of COVID-19, with stadiums, schools, or even family events that may require such information. The venue then has a certain level of confidence to permit entry, without actually having to view the source data. Thus privacy is maintained without the need for the Venue to attain HIPAA compliance.
