Jamie and Gav were joined by a special guest this week, former Dragons captain Rynard Landman. Rynard was a fan favourite at Rodney Parade and made 115 appearances for the region before leaving in 2019 for a new adventure in France. Rynard talks about his rugby journey in South Africa, his fond memories of playing for the Dragons and his cultural experience in France.
